IPEC possesses a unique blend of faculty members from diverse areas of expertise. The faculty comprises of an enviable ensemble of diligence and talent, highly committed to the cause of the students. IPEC has post graduate teachers who have a strong grounding in their respective areas of specialization; some of the faculty members are actively engaged in leading edge research; many have an industrial experience; most are young and energetic. The teachers pass on their legacy of experience and expertise to students, under the able guidance of the respective heads of their departments.

The teaching is conducted with a comfortable teacher-student ratio; the teachers being easily accessible to students, even beyond the class hours. Modern gadgets like OHP & LCD are used to aid teaching.
